The breakfast had a variety of choices. It included delicious options. The hotel staff provided amazing and informative service. House keeping checked on us for towels.
My room had a distinct smell. The room decor felt dated. There were stains on the carpet AND wallpaper. The bathtub did not drain properly.

The staff ensured I parked safely each night. I drive a very large truck on narrow streets.
The room was too cold. Turning up the heat did not help. The front desk offered a small electric heater but did not inspect the issue. I also thought it was ridiculous that bacon cost an extra $5 with breakfast!!!

the location proved acceptable, providing convenient access to downtown.
the room showed its age with a cumbersome bathroom design. it was difficult to open the door when someone was using the toilet (the door was very close to the toilet). black mold spores were visible on the bathroom ceiling and inside the air vent, which i found very concerning.

I got upgraded to a quieter suite on a high floor. It was awesome! the staff members were friendly and super helpful. They knew i had surgery nearby. i even felt the price was fair!
The hotel did not fix hallway noise issues despite my calls late at night. It made sleep impossible. i only got one hour of sleep before my departure day.
